Privacy Policy for PetMotion

PetMotion helps pet owners log short pet moments, review mood signals, and manage optional PetMotion Pro or Ultra subscriptions. This policy explains what information PetMotion handles and how it is protected.

1. Information PetMotion Handles

• Pet profile and journal data: Pet names, notes, tags, mood entries, and history that you choose to create in the app.
• Camera and microphone input: Photos, video frames, and audio are used only when you grant permission and start a related PetMotion feature.
• Optional AI analysis data: If cloud analysis is enabled, PetMotion may send the selected audio summary, image, or video frame data needed to generate a pet mood or care insight. You can turn this off in the app.
• Subscription status: Apple processes purchases. PetMotion receives StoreKit entitlement status so paid features can be unlocked.
• Support messages: If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• PetMotion does not sell personal information.
• PetMotion does not use third-party advertising trackers.
• PetMotion does not use pet audio, images, or videos for advertising.
• PetMotion does not require an account for the core on-device pet log experience.

3. How Information Is Used

• To save and display your pet mood journal and timeline.
• To request camera, photo, microphone, and notification permissions only when needed for app features.
• To generate optional AI-assisted mood or care insights when you enable those features.
• To validate subscription access through Apple StoreKit.
• To respond to support requests and improve app reliability.

4. Where Information Is Stored

PetMotion is designed to keep your pet records on your device where possible. Optional cloud analysis is used only for the data needed to complete the analysis request. Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple's own policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent PetMotion data. We may share limited information only when needed to operate the app, comply with law, process App Store purchases through Apple, complete an optional analysis request, or respond to a request you send us.

6. Children

PetMotion is a pet-care utility for general audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Choices

• You can revoke camera, microphone, photo, and notification permissions in iOS Settings.
• You can turn off cloud analysis and video-frame upload inside PetMotion settings.
• You can delete local pet records inside the app where available or delete the app to remove its local app data, subject to iOS backup and system behavior.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
