1. Description of Service

Petmoni is a comprehensive pet management tool providing health tracking, data analysis, and AI-driven insights for pet owners.

2. AI Disclaimer (Medical Notice)

IMPORTANT: Petmoni's AI features, including "AI Vet Consultations" and "Weekly Health Intelligence," are for informational and educational purposes only.

The AI is not a licensed veterinarian.
AI insights should never replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your veterinarian or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a pet's medical condition or life-affirming care.

3. Subscriptions (Pro & Ultra)

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple App Store policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to upload harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

Petmoni, including its unique "Clay-morphism" UI design, 95+ views, and underlying algorithms, is the property of [Your Name/Company Name].

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shenzhen, China.
