Care records stay under caregiver control.

1. Data we do not collect

The current app has no developer account system, advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics SDK, or developer-operated cloud AI service. We do not receive or access your baby's care records, imported documents, photos, OCR text, family notes, or exported reports.

2. Information stored on your device

Information you choose to enter or import may include feeding, sleep, diaper, medicine and reminder records; caregiver labels and family handoff notes; baby Passport documents or images; caregiver-reviewed OCR text; and locally generated summaries and PDF exports.

This content is stored in LittleMoni's app container unless you choose an Apple feature described below.

3. Private iCloud and family permission sync

LittleMoni may use Apple's CloudKit private database to synchronize family permission and handoff state through the Apple Account signed in on your device. This information is stored in the user's private iCloud scope and is not sent to a LittleMoni-operated server or collected by the operator.

Apple processes iCloud data under Apple's terms and privacy policies. Availability depends on your iCloud account and settings.

4. Camera, Photos, files, and OCR

• Camera access is requested only after you choose to capture a Passport document.
• Apple's system photo or file picker provides only the item you expressly select.
• OCR drafts are produced on device and require caregiver review before they become a confirmed record.
• LittleMoni does not upload these items to a developer-operated AI service.

5. Intelligent summaries

LittleMoni's intelligent features organize caregiver-confirmed records into summaries, rhythm hints, reminder suggestions, and family handoff drafts. They do not diagnose, detect emergencies, monitor safety, or replace professional medical advice. The current implementation does not send care records to a third-party AI model.

6. Purchases and membership

Optional LittleMoni Plus subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides the app with signed product and entitlement information needed to display prices, complete a purchase, restore access, and determine whether Plus is active.

We do not receive your card number or complete payment credentials. Apple's handling of purchase information is governed by Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms.

7. Sharing and exports

When you choose to export or share a PDF, image, or care summary, the item is handed to Apple's system share sheet. The app does not send a copy to the operator. The destination you select may apply its own privacy practices.

8. Retention, deletion, and choices

• Deleting LittleMoni generally removes its local app container from that device.
• Private iCloud data and backups are managed through your Apple Account and iCloud settings.
• You may revoke Camera or Photos access in iOS Settings.
• You may manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings.

Because LittleMoni does not operate a user account or receive your care records, there is no developer-side care-record account to delete.

9. Security and children

LittleMoni relies on iOS app sandboxing, system permissions, signed StoreKit transactions, and Apple's private CloudKit scope. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, so protect access to your device and Apple Account.

The app is intended for adult caregivers. It is not directed to children and does not ask a child to create an account.

10. Changes

If a future version adds developer-operated cloud processing, analytics, advertising, or another material data practice, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before releasing that change.
