TERMS OF USE
Calm tools, caregiver judgment.
These Terms govern your use of LittleMoni, including the optional LittleMoni Plus auto-renewable membership. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
LittleMoni helps adult caregivers record baby-care moments, organize confirmed information, coordinate family handoffs, and prepare source-backed summaries. Core care recording remains available without a Plus subscription.
2. Medical and safety boundary
Important: LittleMoni is an organization tool, not a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency service, or safety monitor. It does not determine whether a child is healthy or safe. Contact a qualified professional or local emergency service when appropriate.
3. Intelligent features
- Summaries, rhythm hints, reminders, and handoff drafts may be incomplete or incorrect.
- They are based on available caregiver-confirmed records and do not independently verify an event.
- A caregiver remains responsible for reviewing every record, reminder, export, and decision.
4. LittleMoni Plus subscriptions
LittleMoni may offer LittleMoni Plus Monthly and LittleMoni Plus Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Both plans provide the same Plus tools for the duration shown in the purchase flow.
- Price and period: The current localized price, billing period, and included features appear before purchase.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Management: Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account subscription settings.
- Restore: Use Restore Purchases in LittleMoni when Apple entitlements are not shown as expected.
- Approval: Ask to Buy or another pending purchase does not unlock Plus until Apple approves and verifies the transaction.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled under Apple App Store policy.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies except where these Terms provide additional product-specific conditions.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual Plus features. We aim to preserve meaningful ongoing value but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. StoreKit, iCloud, and system features depend on Apple services and account status.
6. User content and sharing
You are responsible for records, labels, documents, photos, notes, and other content you enter or import and for having permission to use or share them. Review exported material before sending it to another person or service.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, private iCloud use, document handling, StoreKit, and your choices.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
LittleMoni's software, interface, visual design, text, and original assets are owned by the operator or licensors. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt fraud, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.
9. Disclaimer and liability
LittleMoni is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or decisions based on app output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
