Privacy Policy

1. We do not collect or upload app data

The current version requires no account, connects to no production server, and contains no advertising, tracking, analytics, cloud AI, or third-party data-collection SDK.

The following content remains in the app's local sandbox and is not uploaded to or collected by us:

• Pet names, client references, and scheduled visit times;
• Service-step status and notes entered by the user;
• Photos captured or expressly selected by the user and their local file details;
• Locally generated reports based on recorded steps and confirmed by a person.

2. Camera and photo library

The app requests camera access only after you choose to take a photo.

When adding an image from the photo library, PetCare Proof uses Apple's system photo picker and reads only the image you expressly select. The selected image is converted to a local JPEG and stored in the app sandbox as a source record for the relevant service step.

3. On-device organization

The “AI-organized draft” in this version is produced by deterministic rules on your device using only recorded task status and notes. It does not evaluate pet health, service quality, liability, or photo authenticity, and it does not send content to a cloud model. A user must review and confirm the draft before a local report version is created.

4. Storage and system backups

App data is stored in the app sandbox on your device. Depending on your device and Apple Account settings, iOS may include app data in an Apple-managed device or iCloud backup. We do not control or receive data from those system backups.

Deleting the app will generally remove its sandbox from the device. Data in system backups is handled according to Apple's backup settings and policies.

5. Deleting data

• Delete or replace an individual photo from Capture;
• Select “Clear All Local Data” from Today and confirm the destructive action to delete locally stored photos, service records, and reports.

The current version has no server account, so there is no server-side data-deletion request to submit.

6. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share local records stored in the app. Pro members can send a human-confirmed PDF to the iOS system Share Sheet. iOS and the destination selected by the user receive the report only after the user expressly chooses to save or share it. The operator receives no report copy.

7. Purchases and membership

The optional auto-renewable PetCare Proof Pro membership is processed by Apple through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to load products, initiate a purchase, verify Apple-signed transactions, restore purchases, and determine the current entitlement.

The operator does not receive card or complete payment details and does not create a purchase account containing care records. You can restore purchases in the app and manage or cancel the membership in your Apple Account subscription settings.

8. Children's privacy

PetCare Proof is intended for adults who manage pet-care records. It is not directed to children and does not ask children to create an account or submit personal information.

9. Security

The app relies on iOS application sandboxing and system permission controls to isolate local data. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, so please protect access to your device and review your backup settings.

10. Policy changes

If a future version adds cloud AI, synchronization, a client portal, analytics, operator-managed payments, or another feature that changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before that version is released.
