TimeTox helps you create a short pause before opening distracting apps, review focus patterns, and return to intentional use.

Screen Time permission: TimeTox needs Screen Time permission before it can apply app shields. You can revoke this permission in iOS Settings.
Selected apps: You choose which apps or categories TimeTox manages. TimeTox does not read private content inside those apps.
Widgets and Live Activities: Widgets and Live Activities use local shared state to show focus status and countdown information.
Subscriptions: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Manage or cancel them from your Apple ID subscription settings.
